He took the extra step of reading the weight limit for the fixtures. He found that he needed to get wood to build up in the rafters to support the weight. My guess is that not all would take that step. I can trust that Kevin is doing work the right way. I can’t say enough good things about him.

He came on time, took an intelligent, problem solving approach to the problem and fixed the microscope at an extremely reasonable price in a short period of time all while being one of the more pleasant people you are likely to run in to. I am very grateful and he will be the guy I call from now on.
